  • 20 oz pure honey
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups grain alcohol (spirit of wine)

    • Heat the water on the stove or in the microwave to no more than 110 degrees farenheit. Dissolve honey in hot water. Let the mixture cool down, then add spirit of wine and mix slowly.

    Makes 4 servings.
