1 oz Dark rum
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Bailey’s irish cream
3 scoops Ice-cream (Rocky Road)
1/2 c. Cream
2 Cherries

Combine rum, Amaretto, Kahlua, Bailey’s, ice cream and cream into a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into a mug and garnish with cherries.

Makes 1 serving.

VooDoo Tea

1 oz White rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
sweetened Tea

Pour rum and Blue Curacao into a high ball glass. Top off with the sweetened tea and stir until the mixture turns dark colored or black. Enjoy.

Cuba Libre

1 part Bacardi Superior
3 parts Coke
1 lime wedge
ice

Fill a high ball glass with ice. Pour 1 part Bacardi Superior. Add 3 parts Coke. Squeeze in a wedge of lime, stir and serve.

Make 1 serving.

Mulled Wine

3 cups Water
1 cup Sugar
12 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Lemon peel
750 ml Red wine
1/4 cup Brandy

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a “coffee temperature” (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.

Make 4 servings.

Honey Liquor

20 oz pure honey
2.5 cups water
1.5 cups grain alcohol (spirit of wine)

Heat the water on the stove or in the microwave to no more than 110 degrees farenheit. Dissolve honey in hot water. Let the mixture cool down, then add spirit of wine and mix slowly.

Makes 4 servings.

Long Island Iced Tea

1 oz vodka
1 oz tequila
1 oz rum
1 oz gin
1 oz triple sec
1 ½ oz sweet and sour mix
3 oz Coca-Cola®
lemon wedge
ice

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Pome-Cosmo-Granate

1 ½ oz Pearl pomegranate vodka
1 ½ oz pomegranate liquor
2 oz limeade
splash of cranberry juice
lime wedge
ice

Mix the Pearl pomegranate vodka, pomegranate liquor and limade in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add a splash of cranberry juice for a kick and some color. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Washington Apple

2 oz Crown Royal® canadian whisky
2 oz Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
4 oz cranberry juice

Pour Sour Apple Pucker and Crown Royal canadian whisky into a highball glass filled with ice. Add cranberry juice. Stir slightly and serve.

Mojito

2 oz Bacardi Premium Rum
6 oz Club Soda
6 mint leaves
2 lime wedges
1 teaspoon sugar
Ice

Place lime wedges, mint leaves and sugar into highball glass. Muddle for 15 seconds to release the lime and mint juices. Fill glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour Bacardi rum and club soda in. Mix well, raising lime wedges and mint leaves up in the glass. Garnish with mint sprig or lime wheel.

Lemon Drop Martini

1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes
Superfine sugar for dipping
Twisted peel of lemon

Mix the vodka, Triple Sec, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice; shake well (supposedly the cocktail is to be shaken 40 times to make sure the sugar is well blended). Pour strained liquor into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a twisted peel of lemon.

NOTE: To create a sugar-rimmed glass, take a lemon wedge and rub the drinking surface of the glass so it is barely moist. Dip the edge of the glass into sugar.
