- 1 oz Dark rum
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Bailey’s irish cream
- 3 scoops Ice-cream (Rocky Road)
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 2 Cherries
- 1 oz White rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- sweetened Tea
Pour rum and Blue Curacao into a high ball glass. Top off with the sweetened tea and stir until the mixture turns dark colored or black. (more…)
- 1 part Bacardi Superior
- 3 parts Coke
- 1 lime wedge
- ice
Fill a high ball glass with ice. Pour 1 part Bacardi Superior. Add 3 parts Coke. Squeeze in a wedge of lime, stir and serve. (more…)
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 12 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Lemon peel
- 750 ml Red wine
- 1/4 cup Brandy
Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a “coffee temperature” (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
Make 4 servings.
- 20 oz pure honey
- 2.5 cups water
- 1.5 cups grain alcohol (spirit of wine)
Heat the water on the stove or in the microwave to no more than 110 degrees farenheit. Dissolve honey in hot water. Let the mixture cool down, then add spirit of wine and mix slowly. (more…)

- 1 ½ oz pomegranate liquor
- 2 oz limeade
- splash of cranberry juice

Mix the Pearl pomegranate vodka, pomegranate liquor and limade in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. (more…)
- 2 oz Crown Royal® canadian whisky
- 2 oz Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
- 4 oz cranberry juice
Pour Sour Apple Pucker and Crown Royal canadian whisky into a highball glass filled with ice. Add cranberry juice. Stir slightly and serve.

- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Ice

- 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Superfine sugar for dipping
- Twisted peel of lemon
Mix the vodka, Triple Sec, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice; shake well (supposedly the cocktail is to be shaken 40 times to make sure the sugar is well blended). (more…)
